We appreciate our returning clients, so we've introduced a simple and discreet loyalty card to reward regular visits to Butterfly Caress.
There are no accounts to create, no loyalty app and no personal details need to be written on your card. It looks and works just like a traditional coffee-shop stamp card.
How It Works
1. Pick up your loyalty card
Ask for a Butterfly Caress Loyalty Card when you visit.
2. Receive one stamp per qualifying visit
You'll receive one stamp after each qualifying full-price visit, regardless of whether your session is 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
3. Collect 6 stamps
Bring your card with you each time you visit and collect 6 stamps.
4. Your next 60-minute session is just £60
Once you've collected 6 stamps, present your completed card when booking your reward and enjoy a qualifying 60-minute session for the special loyalty price of £60.
Then you can start a new card and collect towards your next reward.
Please note: Friday Special sessions and other discounted or promotional sessions do not earn loyalty stamps. The £60 loyalty session itself does not earn a stamp.
Simple & Discreet
We've deliberately kept our loyalty scheme simple.
Your card does not need to contain your name, email address, telephone number or other identifying information.
There is no registration required. You simply keep your physical card and bring it with you when you visit.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Butterfly Caress Loyalty Card is available to Butterfly Caress clients aged 18 or over.
2. Earning stamps
One stamp is awarded for each qualifying full-price visit that is completed and paid for.
The length of the session does not affect the number of stamps awarded. A qualifying 60, 90 or 120-minute visit earns one stamp.
3. Sessions that do not earn stamps
Friday Special sessions do not earn loyalty stamps.
Other discounted, promotional or complimentary sessions do not earn stamps unless Butterfly Caress specifically states otherwise.
The £60 loyalty reward session does not earn another stamp.
4. Loyalty reward
After collecting 6 valid stamps, the completed card entitles the holder to book one qualifying 60-minute session for the special loyalty price of £60.
5. Therapist availability
Loyalty reward appointments are subject to therapist and appointment availability. A particular therapist cannot be guaranteed.
6. Booking your reward
Please mention that you wish to use your completed Loyalty Card when making your booking.
The completed physical card must be presented when attending the appointment for the £60 loyalty price to apply.
7. Physical card required
The original physical Loyalty Card must be presented to redeem the reward. Photographs, screenshots, photocopies or other reproductions cannot be accepted.
8. Lost or damaged cards
The scheme is deliberately anonymous and we do not maintain an individual record of customers' stamps.
We are therefore normally unable to replace a lost card or restore stamps from a lost or damaged card. Please keep your card safe.
9. Combining cards
Stamps from separate cards cannot be combined.
10. No cash value
Cards, stamps and loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Other offers
The £60 loyalty session cannot be combined with the Friday Special or another discount, promotion or special offer.
12. Anonymous cards and transfers
No customer name or identifying information is required on the Loyalty Card. Butterfly Caress therefore does not verify the identity of the person presenting a valid card.
13. Altered or fraudulent cards
Butterfly Caress may refuse a card that appears to have been copied, altered, fraudulently stamped or otherwise tampered with.
14. Changes to the loyalty scheme
Butterfly Caress may change or withdraw the loyalty scheme for future participation.
Where reasonably practicable, valid rewards already earned on completed cards will be honoured in accordance with the terms that applied when they were earned.
15. Standard booking terms
Appointments booked using a loyalty reward remain subject to Butterfly Caress's usual booking terms and conditions.
16. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
