• Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer on site.
• Prices are clearly displayed on our website and may vary depending on session type and duration.
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to update our pricing structure without prior notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible and preferably at least 12 hours. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect our ability to accept future bookings.

Conduct and Studio Etiquette

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow the boundaries agreed with their therapist.
• Abusive, threatening or non-consensual behaviour may result in the session being ended immediately.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
